Anyway, the result confirmed I broke the 60 minute barrier woohoo!! Was even more surprised senator/runner Pia Cayetano who usually runs a lot faster…is right behind me. Maybe this is just her tune-up run for Saturday’s CAMSUR Ironman. She’s indeed a tough lady-senator huh

Sam! I am so proud of you my friend. You finally did it, and on a difficult course at that. Your hard work paid off! WTG! As for me, did a 25 minute 5k split trying to find Rico and the gang since I was supposed to pace them, gave up, and did petix pace 2nd half to rest my knee, paranoid eh.
Wohoo! Next goal sub 55? YEAH!

I can only do sub 50 in oval track. Doing it in road with rolling hills is a different story hehehe. See you in next race.

Yeah I’m actually suppose to join you guys hehehehe. But I end up pacing with Jinoe with his cool polar gadget and carlos. But then I sprinted away from the start and I was all alone running all through out. Sub 55 will definitely within my reach on the next 10k. See you man. YEAH!
