2 days after RU2, my legs are still sore especially my calves. I hope I could do some run starting tomorrow. The gym is calling me, but my legs just couldn’t go back to my usual groove. You have that feeling when you want to do something but you just can’t because the body won’t cooperate? It sucks dba? And then there’s this some pain that I’ve been complaining for almost a month now near the shin area of my right leg. It feels like there are small nodules of flesh or twitched muscle or something that feels painful when pressed. I tried to do deept tissue massage on it but it didn’t help at all. Tomorrow I shall try to visit St. Lukes to have an appointment with my ortho, wish me luck.
